The TE models are tweaked to move the kick point higher up the rod for a little more precision at distance, but with no loss in balance, the extra tip power comes with no icrease in weight. TE stands for Torrix Extreme but these are anything but overpowered one trick casting rods, they are real fishing rods for fishing enjoyment and controlled distance in normal conditions.
